The website gives general information about LC Residence, developed by PT Bangun Adi Karya. It is not an offer or a contract. Details can change without notice, and the team will confirm current information when you contact them.

• Prices and unit availability are set by the developer and can change at any time.
• KPR approval, the interest rate, the loan amount and the term are decided by the bank after it reviews your application.
• Eligibility for subsidized homes follows government rules and is checked by the bank.

The KPR simulation gives an estimate based on the figures you enter. It leaves out fees, insurance, taxes and rate changes, and it does not replace an offer from a bank.

Photos of the estate come from the developer and may show homes during construction. Photos marked "Illustrative photo" are stock images and do not show LC Residence. The siteplan area shows a placeholder until the official siteplan is added.

A visit request becomes a booking only after the team confirms the date and time with you by WhatsApp or phone.

The site links to WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and policies.
