This website presents LC Residence, a housing estate developed by PT Bangun Adi Karya, located at Jl. P. Samosir, Dauhwaru, Jembrana, Bali 82218. You can reach the team by phone or WhatsApp at 0878-6054-7495.

The site visit form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, the home type you are interested in, a preferred date and time, and optional notes. The form does not send this information to a server. It builds a message on your device and opens WhatsApp. Your details reach the team only when you choose to send that message in WhatsApp.

Messages you send by WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. The team uses them to answer your questions, arrange site visits and share information about the homes you asked about.

The KPR simulation runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not stored and are not sent anywhere.

• With your consent, the site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not set cookies and does not follow you to other websites. Without consent the analytics script is not loaded.
• The website is hosted by Vercel. As with any website, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the service.
• The site keeps two small entries in your browser storage: your cookie choice and a note that the intro animation has played. See the Cookie Policy.

WhatsApp conversations are kept only as long as they are needed to help you with your enquiry or purchase, or as long as the law requires. You can ask for your messages and details to be deleted at any time.
