FAQ

What the calculator does with your figures, and what it leaves out.

Ask on WhatsApp
  • The loan is the price minus the down payment. The calculator uses the standard fixed-rate formula: installment = loan × r ÷ (1 − (1 + r)−n), where r is the yearly rate divided by 12 and n is the number of months.
  • Prices and rates change and depend on the home and the bank. Starting from empty fields means every result comes from figures you received yourself.
  • Bank fees, insurance, notary costs, taxes and any change in a floating rate. The bank's offer letter shows the exact amounts.
  • No. The result is only an estimate. The bank decides on approval, the rate and the amount after checking your documents.
  • Ask the team. Book a site visit or message them on WhatsApp for the current price and availability.
